SCHOOL HOURS:

10:45 am – 1:00 PM followed by Dhuhr prayer.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Parents are expected to bring their children to school on time and pick them up promptly after the end of the classes. Neither baby-sitting nor children supervision is available after school hours. It is the responsibility of the parents to make the proper transportation arrangements to transport their children to and from the school.

Parents are to refrain from going to classrooms and talking with teachers during class.

** Due to COVID19 Pandemic:

  • Students should wear their masks and set on their prayer rugs or small blankets during their presence in the masjid.
  • NO snacks are allowed in the masjid. Students are expected to be fed prior to coming to the masjid or after leaving. We do not want anyone to take off their mask and risk the health of the students and staff under any circumstances.
  • Maintain social distancing in sufoof (rows).
  • Pray sunnah before and after the fard salah at home.
  • The wudu area and bathrooms will be closed. Please make wudu at home.
  • For safety reasons we ask those with medical conditions, those children under the age of 10 years old to avoid coming to the school at this stage.
  • Everyone will be able to pray in the main hall, provided social distancing guidelines are followed.
  • Please return home immediately upon the completion of the school and do not socialize in the masjid. We sincerely request your compliance with the above.

Students and teachers are in the School for one basic purpose:

To promote the Quran, Islamic and educational development of students. To accomplish the goal, each student is expected to meet the following disciplinary objectives:

  • Come to the class prepared each day with prayer rug, notebook, sharpener pencils, hand sanitizer, and completed assignments.
  • Make no disruptive noise or gestures.
  • Must not leave seat or room without permission.
  • Treat others and the property of others with respect.
  • Ask and wait for permission before speaking.

Students are expected to come to the class on time. The School expects the cooperation of the parents. In case of any absence, the student is expected to contact the teacher for finding out all of the missed assignments and for arranging possible make-ups.

Failure to show up at school after 3 consecutive times will result in dismissal

All students are expected to dress modestly and Islamically. No one is expected to come in shorts. Older female students are expected to cover their heads. Boys should not wear earrings, gold chains or sagging pants.

 In the Masjid Building at all times, no running, shouting, or noise will be tolerated.

Teachers are expected to refrain completely from both physical punishment and verbal abuse of the students.

No children are allowed to be outside of the Masjid Building on their own. They will need direct supervision of either their teachers or parents/guardians. The School assumes no responsibility for providing pre-care (for early arrival) or after-care (for late arrival).
